1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of services provided by The Build Room, operated by The Black Business Vault Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Services Offered
We provide the following products and services:
Online courses
Group coaching
1:1 coaching
Digital downloads and templates
Memberships and subscriptions
Affiliate products
Some of our services include live sessions (e.g., Zoom calls, workshops) and asynchronous content delivered via Skool or other platforms, depending on your package.
3. Accounts & Access
Access to our content may require account creation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Payment Terms
Payment Methods: We accept Stripe for all transactions.
Payment Plans: If you choose an instalment plan, you are obligated to complete full payment. Late or failed payments incur a £55 late fee. Two failed payments may result in account suspension and immediate full balance due.
Subscriptions & Memberships: Subscriptions are non-pausing and non-cancellable.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
All sales are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or cancellations under any circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, templates, downloads, and resources provided are protected by copyright and may not be resold, shared, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
7. Community Guidelines
Where applicable (e.g., Skool, Telegram, Facebook), users must comply with our community rules. Inappropriate behaviour, harassment, or illegal activity may result in account termination.
8. Affiliate Disclosures
We may receive compensation from affiliate products promoted. You acknowledge this when purchasing or using affiliate-linked products.
9. Testimonials & Media Release
By providing testimonials or participating in marketing, you grant the Company permission to use your name, image, voice, and testimonials for promotional purposes.
10. Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
